 – Shipping & Delivery

We provide FREE International shipping services to more than 200 destinations worldwide. Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction are our main goals to deliver the best services to our customers. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do we ship our orders?

We provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by Regular Mail, ePacket and EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do we ship the item worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you for an alternative solution.

What happy to destination country customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long will the item be delivered?

Estimated shipping time varies by location and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand. These are our estimates:

Will we provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

 – Order Cancellation & Refund

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after checkout. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (50 business days not including 2-5 business day processing time)
  • you receive a wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in its original package)

We will not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • you ordered wrong product (size, colour, type, etc.). But you can return your order at your expense and we will issue the refund

You can submit refund requests through our Contact Us page:

  • within 14 business days after the order is delivered
  • after 50 business days since your order was placed

– Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal only. Klassliving guarantees that your online transaction will be secure and that your credit information will be protected. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. All transactions are charged when the order is approved for processing and before it is shipped out. We guarantee that you will not be billed for any additional charges not associated with the order.

This Privacy Policy applies to Klass Living Store and any of its affiliated websites, applications and other digital services in connection with which this Privacy Policy is linked or posted (collectively, “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Klass Living Store collects and uses data and information that may identify or can be directly associated with an individual person (“Personal Information”). Klass Living Store respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the uses of your information is important to us. Information Klass Living Store Collects from Users

How Klass Living Store Protects Information

How Klass Living Store Uses Information

Opt-Out

If User does not wish its Personal Information to be collected, processed or shared for the above purposes, he may opt out from this use with effect for the future. For opting out, the End User can do so by sending an email to info@klassliving.com.au (we do encourage you to reach out via email which is checked more often).

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to the User’s browser and stored on his computer or mobile device. All cookies used by Klass Living Store are persistent cookies, i.e. they will be stored on the User’s device after the browser session has expired. Any cookie will be deleted within one month after it has been placed unless configured otherwise. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but the User can change this setting so his browser either refuses all cookies or informs him when a cookie is being sent. Also, the User is free to delete any existing cookies at any time with future effect. Some features of Klass Living Store’s Services may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.

Cookies placed on a User’s computer will transmit the User’s Personal Information as specified above to Klass Living Store for the purposes also specified above.

Marketing Communications

We may send you email or other messages about us or our products and services. By the Privacy Policy or using the Services, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages. You can ask to have your Personal Information removed from our mailing list and stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at info@klassliving.com.au. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email or other messages we send. Please note that we reserve the right to send you service-related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages, relating either to your account or to your transactions using the Services without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them unless you cancel your account.

User’s Rights

User may at any time request information from Klass Living Store regarding his Personal Information stored at Klass Living Store, its origin, recipients or categories of recipients the data has been transferred to and the purpose of storage.

Upon written request by User, Klass Living Store will make all commercially reasonable efforts to delete any information provided to it, unless required otherwise for further execution of an agreement with a Customer or required by applicable laws. Klass Living Store cannot restore information that it has deleted.

Changes

Klass Living Store may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We reserve the right to modify this policy. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the amended policy. The amended policy supersede all previous versions, notices or statements of or about the policy.
